Here, in 1950, a former lumberjack, Fred Smith, began to create a collection of cement statuary depicting his view of local, national, and worldwide culture. Timm's Hill East of Ogema on St. Hwy. 86 to Cty. C South Wisconsin's highest geographic point, standing 1951.5feet above sea level.  Take in the panoramic view of the spectacular countryside.  And don't forget to visit the café at the bottom by the pond.  You'll see a beautiful array of flowers and walk the relaxing grounds after having a delightful lunch. We are located right on the trails.  Try out the Georgetown Trail that leads to Kennan, or hop the trail up to the Tuscobia Trail.  There are over 2,000 miles of trails to explore.  Mountain bike enthusiasts will find hundreds of miles of mapped and marked trails maintained by Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association. BOATING/KAYAKING/CANOE/WATER SPORTS There’s an incredible array of lakes to explore.  Whether you’re here for fishing or just relaxing in a pontoon, the sight is amazing.  Our lake offers a place for everyone to have fun! Try out our kayak rental on-site. If you prefer, take a family trip down the North Fork of the Flambeau River. Big Bear Rental supplies pick up of groups and drop off, plus canoe and kayak rentals.
